Who attends HP Engage?

HP Engage is attended by IT, marketers, and business users, and is a must-attend event for all customers using HP Exstream, HP TeamSite, HP MediaBin, HP Qfiniti, HP Explore, HP Optimost, HP Aurasma, HP Digital Marketing Hub, HP TeleForm, and HP Process Automation.


Can I get a preview of the conference agenda and sessions?

An overview of the conference agenda is available here, and the Engage Session Catalog allows you to search nearly 100 content offerings at the event.


When and where is the conference?

HP Engage will be held November 8 – 10, 2015 at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel in San Diego, CA.


Did the conference dates change?

Yes. In May, we announced the new conference dates of November 8 – 10.


Do you have an attendance justification letter I can submit to my manager?

Yes we do; here's an Attendance Justification Toolkit (PDF) with information to help you obtain approval to attend, including a justification letter.


How do I register for the conference?

You can register online here.


What if I'm having issues with the online registration site?

Due to enforced TLS security settings and depreciation of SHA-1 SSL certificates, we recommend using IE 10 and above, Firefox, or Chrome to access the registration site. Alternately, you can revise your security settings in IE9 by following these directions:

Go to the Tools menu > Internet Options > Advanced tab. In the Settings window, find Security group, and make sure that the following is checked: Use TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2. Save settings and close the IE browser completely. Re-open and try again.

How much is the registration for the conference?

The standard price for registration is $1,099. You can also save $100 on each conference pass for group bookings of three or more.


What is included in my conference registration?

Conference registration includes access to all general and breakout sessions, including the Solution Showcase, evening networking events, Engage after Hours, and meals.


What are my options for hotel accommodations?

Attendees receive a special discounted rate of $235 per night at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel. Accommodations will also be available at the Omni San Diego Hotel, at a conference rate of $229 per night. You can select your hotel and book your room when you register.

What are the Engage Visionary Awards?

The Engage Visionary Awards recognize and celebrate customers and partners for their outstanding achievement and commitment. We are now accepting nominations in several categories. Please complete the awards nomination form to submit your entry. (Rest assured, your information will not be shared externally without your permission.)


I am a customer and interested in presenting a session at Engage. Who do I contact?

We believe the most compelling sessions are those presented by our customers and we are actively seeking customer-led sessions to add to our growing agenda. To be considered, please email us at hpengageinfo@hp.com with a brief synopsis of your presentation. Customer presenters receive a complimentary pass to the event.


Can I sign up for sessions before arriving at the conference?

Yes. We recommend you sign up for sessions via the online session scheduling tool. You can start building your agenda now by accessing the Engage Session Catalog.


What is the conference dress code?

The standard attire for the HP Engage conference is business casual (slacks, skirts, dress shirts, dresses, etc.).


How do I get to the hotel?

The Hilton Bayfront and Omni San Diego are both approximately four miles from San Diego International Airport. The taxi cost between the airport and hotels is approximately $20.

On-site hotel parking is $32 daily.


Can I get my registration refunded?

All cancellations prior to October 9, 2015 (4:30 p.m. Pacific Time) will be refunded in full. If you cancel your event and hotel reservation on or after October 10, 2015, your conference fee will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee and one night's hotel stay, which will both be charged to your credit card.

Please submit your cancellation request in writing to the HP Engage 2015 Registration Team. HP reserves the right to cancel an attendee registration; conference
price paid will be fully refunded.
